About this notice
Normatic is the name used by this website. This notice covers the public website and inquiries sent to info@normatic.com. It does not replace privacy or data-processing terms agreed for client engagements.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization, and message. It prepares a draft in your email application; it does not submit these fields to a website database. Normatic receives the information only if you send the email. You may also contact us directly. Please share only information needed for your inquiry and avoid sensitive personal data or confidential client material.
Website delivery and preferences
The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the website. The site stores your light or dark appearance preference in your browser. Its current application does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics service. See Cookies & storage for details.
How inquiry information is used
Information you send is used to understand and respond to your inquiry, manage relevant follow-up, and protect communications. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Applicable processing grounds depend on the purpose and circumstances, including consent where required or steps you request before an engagement.
Service providers and retention
Email and website service providers may process information necessary to operate those services. Information may also need to be disclosed where applicable law requires it. Inquiry records should be kept only while needed for the inquiry, related follow-up, or an applicable legal obligation, and then deleted or anonymized. Provider locations, transfer arrangements, and a documented retention schedule are being confirmed before official launch; this notice does not represent that information is stored exclusively in Saudi Arabia.
Your requests and rights
Contact info@normatic.com to ask about your information or request access, a copy, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and its exceptions. Where processing relies on consent, you may ask to withdraw it. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law is the working legal framework for these drafts. Its rights and complaint mechanisms are described by SDAIA at SDAIA / سدايا .
